This page is meant to clarify the legal role of the KREST website.

The KREST website is a marketing and information site. Key legally binding steps such as registration, booking, purchase, payment, or use of the platform take place inside the KREST app.

For coaches, the binding terms for registration, profile setup, verification, and platform usage are provided directly inside the app.

Rules on bookings, invoicing, payment handling, payouts, commission, Premium features, and pricing stages are also shown in the app where they are relevant in the flow.

Coaches may apply for the Founding Coach offer through 31 December 2026. Submission is not an approval; entitlement starts only after manual approval by KREST and linkage to a verified coach account.

Approved Founding Coaches receive Premium for €0 per month with no fixed end date and a permanent 10% platform commission on packages sold through KREST. Lifetime means for the active Founding Coach account and for as long as KREST offers Premium.

The entitlement is tied to the approved account and is not freely transferable. A justified reassignment or revocation is available only through admins with a documented audit trail. Account deletion ends the entitlement. An application never converts automatically into a paid subscription.

For clients, binding terms regarding booking, payment, credits, packages, cancellations, and refunds are provided directly in the app before the relevant step.

KREST is the platform. The coaching contract itself is concluded between client and coach.

The applicable terms are shown in the app before the legally relevant step and confirmed there.

They remain accessible inside the app and are versioned there.
